The first would be devoted to the band's pop singles, while the second would contain their longer, more progressive works. It's hard to get a sense of the dynamic of the concert this way: even the songs on each disc are shuffled around in their original order. In any case, Volume One: The Shorts contains almost every Genesis single from 1983-1992. The second CD, The Way We Walk Volume Two: The Longs, was compiled to appeal to older Genesis fans and contained more progressive material from their concerts.
