Instructions
tested successfully in thousends of normal wavs 16PCM 44100Hz in hundreds of folders,
convert in very fast way the normal wavs to tiny size PLAYABLE wavs
PROCEDURE :
Copy to the normal wavs directory the WAVDOWN.exe and run it then wait for
the downsampling of the wavs
To convert back the tiny size playable wavs in normal wav 16PCM 44100Hz
use the WAVUP.exe on the wavs directory and wait the conversion work
NOTE : can happen that other type of wavs with different attributes works
with the WAVDOWN.exe but when using the WAVUP.exe the tiny playable wavs
will be converted to normal wavs 16PCM 44100 Hz
