Our BD batch for Fragrant Flowers. Will probably do a v2 when USBD drops.
Notes:

• JPBD encode (denoise, AA, dehalo, deband, regrain).
• Original Translation from scratch with typesetting for all the signs + KFX for OP and ED.
• Some signs were redone due to Blu-ray Changes and some lines were revised based on feedback for BD batch.
• xHE-AAC (USAC) audio was ripped from Netflix for the English dub and converted to FLAC via FFmpeg for compatibility.
