Pretty basic mux I started on some time ago, got distracted, and completely forgot about until recently. Did some basic QC but don’t expect perfection.
Changes

Added Signs/Songs for the dub
Converted 24bit FLAC to 16bit FLAC using SOX (for english audio only since japanese was already 16bit)
Slightly modified chapters so they have “Part A” and “Part B” instead of just “Episode”
Renamed files to be Plex/Jellyfin parser friendly
