Notes:
Restyled subtitles to Ghandi.
Shifted subtitle timings as necessary.
Removed the “Viewer Discretion Advised” disclaimers from all subtitle tracks.
Only episodes 1, 4, 10 and 11 have character commentaries.
The current state of subtitles are unideal, and so I decided to go with the CTHP webdl subs. If better fansubs come out later I will release a PROPER with those incorporated.
The Blu-ray is actually more censored than the WEB-DL. If you want the most uncensored version go grab the dual-audio webdl.
