v05 has 4 missing pages from the front. They have been temporarily filled in with scanlated pages ripped from Bookwalker JP, translated by Piranhaplant from Mangadex and typeset by me using the same fonts that Kodansha used for the volume. v06 ToC had some issues, which has been fixed as well. It will be replaced with official pages whenever Kodansha decides to fix it.
