In What the Car? we take control of various variations on the theme of cars. In addition to the classic "four wheels", we have at our disposal, among others, a vehicle with legs, an elongated limousine, a ball-shaped car, a car with long, mechanical legs, a vehicle that folds like a harmony, and a car placed in the center of a large wheel. We view them from various angles - from a bird's eye view, from behind or from the side.
The game takes place on various boards, and on each of them our task is to cover the route from point A to point B. To do this, we have to run forward and turn, but also jump over precipices and avoid various terrain obstacles and traps. In addition, in many locations there are friendly characters waiting to be found, and solving optional environmental puzzles can provide us with access to hidden treasures.
What the Car? only allows you to play alone. The game has an editor that allows you to create your own boards and share them with the community. Online rankings provide a substitute for competition with other players.
The graphic design of What the Car? maintained in the cartoon style known from What the Golf? – an earlier project of the Triband studio.
