Sorry to anyone who has been trying to download an non-flawed copy of these albums, but another necessary repack due to a small glitch once again on the previous upload, this time on track no. 2 'Turn Up The Radio' on the Rockets (Turn Up The Radio) album. I've been trying to convert them from an ancient lossless format (shn), which was previously uploaded in 2008 from someone else. I've tried twice using the awesome program Audacity, and both times these small glitches appeared in different spots on both attempts. This time I've used Winamp with a .shm plug-in to convert, and write the data to disk which appears, after a quick listen, to have worked flawlessly.
Once again, The Rockets were an excellent rock band from the Detroit area, who got significant airplay during the 80s on Detroit rock radio, and classic rock stations thereafter. The tracks from these two albums that received the most airplay was:
'Turn Up The Radio', and 'Oh Well' from the 1979 album (Turn Up The Radio). Also,
'Desire', and 'Takin' it Back' from the 1980 album 'No Ballads'.
'Oh Well' was their biggest hit, originally a Fleetwood Mac song, which received national airplay as well
