2024 Gay Pride Month Comics Collection pack 07 (of 07) MIDNIGHTER - complete all appearances And finally the motherload - or rather "Daddy load" of all the comic packs. Though not the first gay superhero he was certainly the first "sexually active" gay superhero - bare-ass naked in his very first appearance after having sex with Apollo on the dirty floor of an abandoned factory. They were the first gay superheroes whose marriage hit the rocks, he was the first superhero with a Grindr profile. He's also one of the very few superheroes with a set date of birth - 14th July 1967 - thus ages in real time along with the rest of us (though as a cyborg he doesn't really AGE so still looks like a really decent 35.) He also loves grabbing people's skulls and ripping their spines out through the hole in their necks. I think that pretty much sums him up. This is every single appearance I've been able to track down - he's had quite a few solo series, one with just Apollo, another with Nightwing, and of course dozens and dozens of teams. In some of these comics he's just a face in a crowd scene, in one he's just the subject of a conversation between two random people in a completely unrelated situation. But he's my favourite, which is why I've compiled this complete collection of 531 issues. Enjoy!
