Virtual Image for VMWare and VirtualBox
Preinstalled VM
Intel ONLY. WILL NOT WORK on AMD systems!
INSTALL NOTES:
0) MAKE SURE TO ENABLE Virtualization Technology (Intel VT-X, AMD-V etc.) in SETUP.
1) Create a new Virtual machine, OS type: Mac OS X (ANY version, doesnt matter at all)
2) Select existing hard disk and add the one that comes with the torrent
3) Adjust settings: Make sure EFI boot is ENABLED and assign AT LEAST 2 GB of RAM and 128 MB of Video Memory to the VM, as well as at least two cores!
4) Run the following VboxManage commands
REPLACE the 'MAC SIERRA' with the name of your VM! Make sure it matches exactly. Nothing besides the virtual machine's name requires adjustments. You could change the SystemProduct string but then you gotta make sure it's valid and indeed a supported model.
Windows: Run as administrator
Linux: Use sudo, skip the first line and remove '.exe' from the second line

VBoxManage.exe modifyvm "Mac Sierra" --cpuidset 00000001 000106e5 00100800 0098e3fd bfebfbff

VBoxManage setextradata "Mac Sierra" "VBoxInternal/Devices/efi/0/Config/DmiSystemVersion" "1.0"
