'A Story by The Genesis', a previously totally unknown rock opera written in the latter half of 1968 and recorded in January 1969, one month after the release of SF Sorrow and five months prior to the release of Tommy.
In early 1967, former members of local Luton Heroes The Mantis Set, Bryan and The Brunelles and The Trykons formed... 'The Genesis'. After some wild, memorable local gigs and creating the second completed Rock Opera to ever be recorded, they faded into local obscurity... until now.
