[T&G Scrub] Sukeban Deka II 01-42 (720p, 10-bit x264, AAC) Full Series Batch

This is a scrub of The Skaro Hunting Society’s (TSHS) DVD hardsubs. Using their translation as a base, I transcribed them into softsubs, synced them to Bunny Hat’s HDTV RAWs, and then thoroughly checked and revised the translation to ensure greater accuracy to the original Japanese. Many lines underwent changes, especially the ones where TSHS subs suffered from translation errors, relied on guesswork, or struggled with Saki’s Tosa dialect. The scope of revisions varies by episode: Episodes 1-4 went through a decent amount of changes, episodes 5-29 needed the most extensive amount of work, with some episodes nearly retranslated from scratch, and finally, episodes 30-42 needed the fewest changes, thanks largely in part to HeatMetal taking over translation duties in the original TSHS release. Credit goes to TSHS and their translators and collaborators, Bunny Hat for the HDTV encodes, and the Chinese fansub group 黑日字幕组 for providing a transcription of the Japanese dialogue, an invaluable resource in the retranslation process.
