The Netflix version has 13 episodes. But the Fuji TV broadcast (in Japan) originally aired as 4 episodes. According to AsianWiki, the “Episodes” count is “13 (Netflix) / 4 (Fuji TV)”.
So the 4-episode (~1hr 40 min each) version is likely the original domestic TV cut, while the version with 13 episodes (~45 min each) is the Netflix version. They tell the same core story, but the longer version probably has extra scenes, subplots, or expanded development.
