I included a ready to go Switch emulator for Windows in this torrent.
It boots fine on Ryu but who knows if there will be issues. There are no more updates since Nintendo killed Ryu. You can use this save if you are crashing after the train part (thanks to Vaskie)
In Ryu you right click the game > Open Save Directory > move "main" into that folder
