YT is arguably the worst streaming platform when it comes to video quality. Despite introducing the new and shiny codec (AV1), it still fails to use it properly, resulting in horrible looking videos compared to older codecs.
I wanted to watch the video on YT to support Gigguk, but the heavy artifacting made it unbearable for my eyes. So, I decided to filter everything to make it at least watchable.
On top of that, I added Italian subtitles (with proper signs and timing) and also restyled and re-timed the English subtitles.
If you care about video quality, download this version. If not, just watch the episode on YT.
Be aware: the source quality (VP9 stream) is really bad, so some artifacting is still present. I didn’t want to pull a “Moozzi2 treatment” and destroy the artistic intent of the show, so I left some minor artifacts.
