This software should generally work on most BMW cars up to 2015 but I have only tested the software up to 2011.
Software Requirements:
32-bit Windows XP (32-bit Windows 7 will work if you run the installer in compatibility mode)
Hardware Requirements:
DCAN or K+DCAN cable USB to serial that you can find all over the internet
Additional Requirements:
This is simply the software for talking to the ECU. You will also need additional data files called "SP-DATEN" for communicating with the ECU. These will depend on your car and year. There are plenty of other torrents and websites describing this.
