This is how you install sublime text 3:

- Run 'ST3b3083x64i.exe' (x64) or 'ST3b3083i.exe' (x32)
- Copy 'sublime_text_patched_x64.exe' (x64) or 'sublime_text_patched.exe' (x32) as 'sublime_text.exe' to the installation directory

This is how you install sublime text 3 portable:

- Extract 'ST3b3083x64.zip' (x64) or 'ST3b3083.zip' (x32)

You can check the files using md5sum like this:

$ md5sum -c ./Sublime-Text-3-3083-Windows--md5-list.chks

Or just compare the md5 checksums you generate from the
downloaded files to these (same order as above):
