Quindi nella vicenda di Sonny e Tubbs, i due poliziotti abilissimi a infiltrarsi in un grosso giro di droga, inserisce violenza ad alta intensità di decibel e una storia di passione che non concede più che tanto alla vista ma offre comunque un buon grado di calor bianco. Michael Mann è un maestro accreditato del genere e con questo remake è consapevole di prendersi un bel rischio.
