Note from Encoder Encoded with a modified slow 2-Pass @ 6,500 kb/s. This is a silent film with hard-coded English intertitles, as such all subtitles are for other languages. The Criterion disc included the 2005 alternate score as an extra, however the audio was bound to its own video track which was of much lower quality than the main film and ran at a slower frame rate. Since there's no actual difference in the number of frames between the two videos I used an encode of the main film with the alternate score retimed and synced as the source for the alternate audio. The primary video however is still a fresh encode from the raw bluray image.
