said he was not guilty in their verdict, while a civil court did find him responsible for it and bankrupted
him instead) An aspiring Irish woman judge said on the panel interview on the Charlie Rose on PBS

the woman judge (she was a senior lawyer at the time and went on t a judicial appointment - and
rightly so) suggested that "maybe people cant see evidence in the same way" as we are becoming
"polarized" on the planet and people seem to see things based on their racial - ethnic or general
identification based on "mindset type" (as it were). The system can be notorious for using technicalities
for letting off the guilty at times while persecuting others o minor excuses blown up to seem
as capital like offences would you believe. tut tut
We must ensure control is always allowed to prevail by having al the measures i place to
instead ensure right outcomes based on 110% fairness as it were
